Sad moment for such an aspiring beverage company that took on Coke and Pepsi.

Jones Soda (PINK:JSDA) is now on the pink sheets trading over-the-counter. The company has been de-listed from the Nasdaq. However the company is holding their head high by not doing a crappy reverse stock split.

Its a roll of the dice on these two stocks and the risk is big.

Hard to believe but Jones Soda (JSDA) has fallen down to 33 cents and A123 Systems (AONE) has tanked to 22 cents. Both of these companies are in danger of going bankrupt but if they survive the payoff could be big.

Jones Soda shares are now at 50 cents, that's cheaper than a single bottle of their product.

Jones Soda (JSDA) shares started 2012 with what appeared to be comeback story and got its shares back up to 84 cents in January. Today Jones is down to 50 cents as Wall Street is not impressed with the companies Q4 numbers.

Here are the facts, PokerTek, Inc. (NASDAQ:PTEK), Jones Soda Co. (NASDAQ:JSDA), and Microvision, Inc. (NASDAQ:MVIS) are still trading on the NASDAQ. However don't let that fool you, these stocks are either an incredible bargin for trading under $1 or very close to going out of business.
