Forget buying shares in the BofA's of the world. Its time to buy up the small bank stocks.

Brilliant article from the Fool.com yesterday, The Next Big Trading Idea: Small Banks?. Mastery couldn't agree more with the thesis as we rather invest our money with smaller U.S. banks. We like one of their picks, Guaranty Bancorp (GBNK) but for the other four we prefer Columbia Banking System (COLB), ESSA Bancorp (ESSA), Bryn Mawr Bank (BMTC) and Valley National Bancorp (VLY).
