Attractive High Yield CDs for 3, 6, and 9 Months have Vanished

Where have all the good CD rates gone? They have vanished.  These days you should be searching for local deals because the best national offer is lame at best.  You can try Ally Bank but to really get a decent CD rate, you'd have to travel back in time to the 1980's, because, where have all the good times gone?
