Going Long Potash and Agriculture (POT, MOS, DBA)
How much longer can Potash prices continue to plunge?
At some point the two all-star potash companies are worth reviewing, those weapons of choice being Potash Corp. (NYSE:POT) and Mosaic Co. (NYSE:MOS). Thanks to Agriculture (AG) making a recent comeback another one-size-fits-all investment is the PowerShares DB Agriculture Fund (NYSE:DBA). But Don't call it a comeback...
Thanks to Jim Cramer's coverage on Mad Money last night the entire AG sector is on fire today. Citing the Department of Agriculture's increased spot price forecast last week, Cramer told viewers of his CNBC show that he feels agriculture is the next sector poised to break out.
He named his top pick Monsanto (NYSE:MON), the world's largest seed manufacturer, saying that last week's positive regulatory news confirms the strength in the sector.
