Cramer finally signed a deal for 3 years but shares of TheStreet.com, Inc. (Public, NASDAQ:TSCM) didn't jump, in fact they are down 1% today. Shares of TSCM are now at $9.20, which is just $2 above a year low, so minor booyah?
