CD Rates are way down, the current environment is horrible for people who are trying to stay in cash. National CD rates are so disgustingly low that you are better off just keeping your cash under your mattress. Try searching Bankaholic.com for CD rates in your area, but the Masters found one decent national opportunity, let's get to it.
